Make this vinaigrette for your salads!

Hi fam!

For a long time I was a slave to the salad dressing options we have at the grocery store. This past Valentine's Day, Dave and I wanted to eat in and make a special meal together; he was in charge of the steaks and I was in charge of the salad. From there, our LOVE of this vinaigrette was born, and I want to share it with you!

It's so easy and instantly elevates your salad experience. Trust. It's so easy.

All you need is to throw the ingredients in a small jar, shake, and drizzle.

Hot tip: I keep cute cleaned out glass jars from jams and other condiments we've eaten through on hand to use for this purpose. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Rihanna.

INGREDIENTS:

½ cup EVOO ¼ cup golden balsamic vinegar, or white wine vinegar, regular balsamic works too 1 Tbsp honey 1 tsp Dijon or seeded mustard 2 cloves garlic - minced ½ tsp crushed red pepper

THAT'S IT. Literally TOO EASY.

And, if you're curious, here's the Valentines Day Salad:

6-7 cups of a lettuce you like; I like arugula or red leaf butter lettuce 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 5-6 fresh figs, or 1 fresh peach, or 5-6 strawberries 2 (4oz) balls of burrata. At least. Maybe you want more because burrata is delicious Basil leaves for garnish if you’re feeling fancy

Enjoy!
