Fitness Instructor tips - class pass reviews
Raise your hand if you've ever been victimized by a ClassPass review 🙋♀️.

As a fitness instructor, you get used to people anonymously sharing their opinions on how you do your job.
This feedback can me helpful, thought out, and well-intentioned. Other times you wonder if that person was in a whole different class altogether.
I used to live for reviews and wait for them like I was waiting for hit of a drug. There was this rush while the page was loading, having no idea what would be written about you - if anything at all.
I'm over that now.
As you can see from this small sampling of actual reviews I’ve received over the last year or so, they can be all over the place. Sometimes you will get two literally opposite reviews for the same exact class.
At the end of the day, you can't control everything.
Your client could have had a bad day, you may like trap music and they only love pop hits, whatever. You aren't going to be everyone's cup of tea, AND you're wasting a lot of brain space worrying about it.
You will find your people. Your people will find you. Trust the process and focus on being yourself and it will all work out.
